- Comments: This was one of the first craft beers I had the pleasure to try , and at the time I was unprepared for the complexity of the beer to enjoy it properly. The beer opens with a nose that implies its natural Triple recipe. Earthy yeast scent with a slightly floral note. the head pours with average ( 0.5mm - 0.7mm ) bubbles, and the head lasts for the whole experience, leaving wet lacing on the interior of the glass. The complexity of this beer would be hard to understate. It is at once clean and refreshing, but leaves a scintillating aftertaste that betrays the diverse recipe and advanced flavors. it is at the same time a simple triple and a solid gateway beer into more advanced flavors of quality beers. It has the spicy notes and dry aftertaste that mark a quality brew.
Reviews and commentary of beers by an actual beer drinker. Nothing fancy, just good Beer.
